The apartment features a bedroom with a double bed, a fully equipped kitchen where you can prepare your favorite dishes, and a complete bathroom. But the jewel in the crown is our communal rooftop terrace. Equipped with outdoor furniture, it's the perfect place to enjoy a morning coffee under the sun, read a book in the afternoon, or dine outdoors under the stars.

A tourist tax of €1.10 per person per night is required and is not included in the rental price. It must be paid through our Online Guest Portal.

You will be staying in someone's home, so we ask that you treat it with care and respect. Maximum of 9 guests. Pets allowed. No parties or events allowed. No smoking. Take out the trash. Turn off appliances when not in use.

Check-in can be done anytime from 3:00 PM.

**HOW TO GET HERE**
Our house is located in Plaça Major in Ventalló, specifically at Carrer de la Plaça, number 1. The square is the heart of the village, an easy place to find. If you arrive by car, parking is available on nearby streets.

**CHECK-IN PROCESS**
For your convenience, we have organized a self-check-in system that will allow you flexible access to the property.

1. **Key Collection:** A few days before your arrival, you will receive a message through the booking platform with the access code to our key safe.
2. **Key Safe Location:** You will find it right next to the main door of the apartment.
3. **Apartment Access:** Once you have the keys, you can directly access your space and start relaxing.

**IMPORTANT INFORMATION UPON ARRIVAL**
- **Identification:** According to current regulations (article 2 of Order IRP/418/2010), all guests over 16 years of age must present their identity document or passport for registration. We would appreciate it if you FILL OUT THE PRE-CHECK-IN FORM with a photo of the documents before arrival to speed up the process.
- **Tourist tax:** Please remember that the tourist tax is not included in the booking price and must be paid before check-in. We will send you simple payment instructions.
