Ideal for couples or small families, it offers a comfortable double bed and an additional single bed to accommodate up to three guests. The bathroom has been renovated with a modern and functional style, equipped with an accessible shower and all the essentials for you to start your vacation worry-free.

The compact yet complete kitchen has everything you need to feel at home: refrigerator, microwave, coffee maker, toaster, and a full set of crockery. Prepare a quick breakfast before heading out to explore or enjoy a quiet dinner after a day at the beach.

To ensure your comfort at any time of year, the apartment has air conditioning and heating. In addition, you will have Wi-Fi, television, and a washing machine at your disposal.

You will be staying in someone's home, so we ask that you treat it with care and respect. Maximum of 9 guests. Pets allowed. No parties or events allowed. No smoking. Take out the trash. Turn off appliances when not in use.

**Check-in Time:**
You can access the apartment from 3:00 PM on the day of your arrival.

**Access Instructions:**
Access to the building and the apartment is via a numeric keypad system, so you won't need a physical key.
You must fill out the PreCheckin form to access the online Guest Portal, where you can pay the tourist tax and access detailed instructions and the access code. Please make sure to have this information on hand when you arrive.

**Parking:**
You will find free parking on the streets near the apartment. As it is a quiet village, it is usually not difficult to find a spot.

**Upon Your Arrival:**
Once inside, a small welcome gift awaits you so you can start to feel at home from the very first moment. The apartment will be prepared with everything you need for your stay, including clean bed linen and towels.
