”The location of the hotel is very good, close to plaza central and restaurants nearby. The room was nice and the bed comfortable. The breakfast is very good. I would like to extend my thanks to the young ladies at the reception, they are very professional and friendly. I requested to change my room for a room with shower as o have a mobility issue, they changed it with no issues, I gave really appreciated the communication and service during the process.”

”Clean room, window above dirt let light in off & on as people returned, kept waking us up, halls were very noisy with people in the late evening, and drilling and construction during the evening. The fan was not enough with no outside windows to get cooler air, so it was extremely hot to sleep. Staff were lovely, restaurant was very good, they got us a taxi to airport at a good price. Location good in downtown. Good price. Comfortable bed. ”

”Check-in was quick and easy, room was clean and the air conditioning worked great. We ate in the restaurant for supper and it was absolutely amazing! ”Staff were very friendly. However I don’t understand why the room had a window onto the corridor which shone light into my room the whole night. Why not just put up curtains? (The window also didn’t shut completely so it was harder to block out the noise). Ear plugs and eye mask are a must if you want to be able to sleep here.”
