Welcome to Ventura Loft 36, a cozy ground-floor beach loft in the charming Pierpont neighborhood—just half a block from the ocean Perfect for couples, solo travelers, or small families, this thoughtfully designed retreat offers rare A/C, a full kitchen, Smart TVs, and a dedicated garage parking space. Walk to the beach, local shops, and restaurants, then come home to a quiet, comfortable space made for easy coastal living.

**Booking process - IMPORTANT!
- After booking, you will immediately receive a message asking you to confirm your reservation and digitally sign our occupancy agreement. Please do not forget - by sigining, you trigger your check-in information. If you do not sign the agreement, you will not receive your check-in infomation.
- Once signed, you will be emailed a link to your GUEST PORTAL, where all important information lives, including check-in details, WiFi, and local recommendations.

**Guest Portal
- Your entry code will be released 48 hours before check-in inside the Guest Portal
- Early check-in options appear 5 days before check-in. You may request it through your Guest Portal
- A $25 per dog, per stay fee applies and can be paid through the Guest Portal.
