Overall a nice spot to stay. Great neighborhood I enjoyed walking in, beautiful ocean views, and clean space. Hosts were responsive to any issues and even brought a few cooking utensils for thanksgiving which I thought was really nice! A few things I would change in future stays: 1. Privacy/ noise levels. The front door has a large glass panel giving any neighbors walking by a direct view into the unit where you can see the bed. As a woman travelling alone this made me very uneasy and I only realized it when I made horrified eye contact with a passing stranger while on the bed in my undies. I was able to hang a towel on the door for the rest of my stay, but yikes… def needs some small curtains or a new door! Also the upstairs unit has very thin walls/door and there was a lot of noise whenever someone was walking or presumably moving furniture around. Not sure much can be done about the noise, but if you need a lot of peace and quiet it may be a concern for your visit. 2. The property has no AC. I didn’t realize this since it doesn’t explicitly state “no AC” in the listing, it just doesn’t mention AC explicitly. Usually it wasn’t an issue but some days it got pretty warm and there isn’t a ceiling fan either. Finally there was a keurig but no k cups which I guess is totally fine but it would have been nice to have a few days worth of coffee until guests know what kind of machine is there and have a chance to grocery shop. Overall a nice stay that could just use a few tweaks

We enjoyed our stay and Ventura. This studio was perfect for two. Lights light from windows. No AC but that was OK. With the windows open all we needed was a fan to keep the air moving. The bed was very comfortable. The bathroom was nice very clean. Kitchen was well stocked with utensils, and even some spices in the cupboard. And having a washer and dryer at our disposal a real plus.We enjoyed the view from the patio with our coffee every morning!

Excellent!

I stayed for a month total. I loved the property and the location. Wished I could have rented permanently! Such a beautiful View, and I felt safe and very comfortable . I would highly recommend this place and best of all was how fantastic Sunny Days were with their responses.I would highly recommend this place!

Great Neighborhood Great Views

This is a great studio apartment. I rented it because it has a full kitchen and I appreciated the opportunity to bake a favorite recipe while staying there. The views are amazing and the neighborhood is quiet and walkable. I hope to stay here again.

Cute Apartment with an Awesome View

This cute apartment was a convenient walk to downtown and midtown Ventura. It was very clean, a very comfortable bed, an awesome ocean view, bright, good shower water pressure, nice kitchen with Kuerig coffee maker, and laundry inside!

Beware of Vacasa rentals

Poor parking options, broken climate control, mold in the fridge, debris on stairs and patio. When I reached out to Vacasa, the response was a robot named Molly. Look no further than Vacasa reviews in Yelp to see a very bad pattern of bad experiences and poor responses (all exactly alike). Beware!! I have photos also!!
