Our Ventura Pierpont Beach beach house is family friendly and just footsteps away from the sand. Our newly renovated beach house is cute + cozy and the perfect getaway!

Home is 2 bedrooms + 1 bathroom and sleeps 6. Both bedrooms have queen beds and a rollout couch is in the living room.

2 Bicycles, beach toys, beach chairs, umbrella, corn hole, foosball table, arcade dual basketball hoop, outdoor shower, and huge backyard with outdoor table with chairs. much more all available for your stay.

Full kitchen with plates, utensils, pots, pans, coffee maker and everything you need for each meal.

Our single story beach house has an open floor plan with the kitchen and living room flowing together. There is plenty of natural light that flows throughout the home.

Wifi, Direct TV, Flat Screen TV in living room, brand new Kitchen Aid appliances and fridge, brand new washer and dryer. Beach and bath towels available.

Fully stocked with local coffee beans to start your morning right.

Ventura Pierpont Beach is a quaint beach where you can relax, enjoy surfing, waves, walks, seashell + sea glass hunting, great food, shopping and stunning sunset views.

Within minutes you can walk to Seaward Ave. and enjoy numerous restaurants such as seafood, American pubs, Thai, Italian, and the extremely famous Surf-N-Yogurt.

The Marina Park, Starbucks, and VONS Grocery Store are also within a short walking distance. A short drive or bike ride will take you to Ventura Pier or Ventura Harbor Village where you can enjoy Channel Island boat excursions, whale watching cruises, deep sea fishing and kayak/boat rentals. In the summer months, hop on the free Ventura Trolley to Downtown for more shops, restaurants, movie theaters and historical sights.
