Overcharged, issues with refund and communication

Pros: Great location Cons: Alex Scott & Staff property managers. Overcharged for the stay considerably. Poor systems in place leading to refunds being sent to an incorrect credit card (a different one to the one they charged to). Poor communication and follow up when issue raised. No one on the team could answer my question about the cost of the property per night. The property is very dirty. Unsafe deck, ok if you you don't lean up against the railing.
