”Das Haus war genau wie in der Anzeigen beschrieben. Man konnte direkt von der Terasse zum Pool. Auch von der Haustür zum Meer waren es nur 50 Meter. Einfach ein Traum. Wohnung ist auch super ausgestattet. Ist auf jedenfall zum empfehlen. Wir kommen wieder.”

Es stellte sich heraus, dass es sich um eine heruntergekommende Anlage und besonders das Apartment in einer ungünsigen Position ohne Grün und wenig Sonneneinstrahlung handelte. Once keys were handed over and we had a look around the villa does have lots of great character and the potential to be a fantastic holiday home but it does require a LOT of TLC.
