”Our stay was wonderful - the staff were efficient and friendly. The bed was comfortable and they had plenty of staff to help with refilling the breakfast items. This hotel is close to the interstate so it was perfect for our one night stay. This is a small issue - but they could work on making it easier for the trash bins to open - many of us struggled to open the small awkward door and it made it difficult to properly dispose of the trash. Overall- I would agree with the other reviews -...

”Bugs. Bugs in our room. Not bed bugs, the beds were great. But the bugs that were crawling around on the floor or in the bathtub. Staff are very friendly, very helpful.”

”The room was clean. Desk attendant was wonderful. The breakfast was lacking. It was out of waffle batter (only 5 people in the dining room the entire time we were there), out of syrup, a machine wasn't working, the orange juice was so watered down with water that it barely tasted like orange at all. One of the patrons had to go out and find the attendant twice to get the batter & syrup filled.”

”At a few minutes before 6:00 am, 24/7 coffee was terrible, and must have sitting all night; not even warm. Parking lot is very strange. Rooms can hear almost any noise in and outside of hotel. Bathroom and room amenities were very basic at best. We go through area twice a year but will not stay her again as way overpriced for what is presented. ☹️”

”Hotel is close to lots of fast food restaurants. Gas is convenient. No staff to speak of. They knock on your door very early , so don't expect to sleep late Coke machine and ice are available. Sheets are dingy. There are a few roaches in rooms. No bathtubs. Showers only. I'm handicapped and they put me on the upper floor for my stay when there were lower level rooms Not impressed. Stayd several nights They were in my private business too much”

When I arrived at the hotel there was only one person at the front counter and he was on the phone, didn't even acknowledge me with a simple one moment or anything. I politely sat down and waited for him to finish his call. I was allowed to go-ahead an check-in. My room was subpar ( double beds) in every way. ”My family and I stayed from June 10th through June 14th. Unfortunately, the bathroom appeared to be in need of remodeling, and the rooms were only cleaned every other day. In addition, the carpet had a noticeable mildew odor, which affected the overall comfort of the stay.”
