Outside, relax in the private garden or on the open terrace, and enjoy meals with the private barbecue. The property is set in a peaceful residential leisure park established in 1984, on the edge of a forest and by a river.



You have a shared parking space on site and a communal area for storing bikes. Smoking is allowed and one pet is welcome. Parties are not permitted. Beach towels are provided, and a shared laundry room with washing machine and dryer is at your disposal.



The park offers many amenities: a shared playground for children aged 6 to 12, a games room with billiards, table tennis, books, and board games, as well as a tennis court 15 minutes’ walk away. On site, you’ll find an artisan bakery, a bar, restaurants, a pizzeria, and a food truck. The family-friendly village of Verchaix gives you easy access to major Alpine sites: Annecy is 60 km away, Geneva 50 km, and Samoëns just 3 km.
