”We have stayed here over and over, it’s our favorite spot, such a gem of a find! It’s right in the canyon and it’s GORGEOUS- there is red rock all around you, it’s peaceful, and you have private access to the creek and an awesome hike close by. slide rock park is two minutes away. we love it here! I think this was our fifth stay at this property. if you want peace and quiet near sedona, pack some food and hunker down here”

”We loved this property! It was clean, comfortable, and located right around the corner from historical downtown Cottonwood. The decor was very fun and we loved learning about some of the history of the location as well. Denise, the owner, happened to be there one morning as we were heading out for the day and offered to give us a tour of the 3 houses--it was lovely! We had brought our e-bikes to do a little touring around town and the area is great for that as well. We would definitely stay here...

”The Diamond was pure relief, It was clean it was quiet everything that a hotel is not. Big yard for parking or turning around with no issues with a dog kennel, The Hosts went above and beyond. ”I had called Red Awning and left an extensive complaint. The wand to open and close the blinds was missing. My husband had to use his hands to do that. There were no tissues anywhere in the cabin. There were no directions anywhere for the ceiling fan. We finally figured out there was a remote left on one of the night tables for it. ”Great cabin with everything you need. Nice quality bath products and the bed very comfortable. Communication was fabulous. Unfortunately we witnessed a mouse in the kitchen. We think it entered through an area (a hole) of the front door framing that was exposed to the outside. The host immediately responded and made arrangements to have door inspected and repaired as needed, but we didn’t know if this addressed the problem or not, and just decided to leave a day early and not deal with it....

”This is the perfect spot to be central to trails as well as a short drive to food and supplies. We were expecting more canyon access, but it’s a very rocky creek bed and not a place to explore the creek side easily. It’s a very basic kitchen , with no ability to cook outside of a microwave, which was fine with us .we were expecting a back patio with this unit , only because I looked at some others that had them, so we were a bit disappointed we didn’t have one . ”
