No street parking is permitted and the drive is large enough for 2 vehicles. The drive is 9ft x 46ft, if you're bringing a boat we would recommend that you make arrangements with a local marina to store during your stay.

Pets
Non-refundable pet fee required for up to 2 pets.

Pet Waste: Guests are required to promptly clean up all pet feces from the yard using provided bags and dispose of them properly. Failure to do so may result in additional cleaning fees.

Pets are not allowed on furniture including beds. If Pet causes mess, stains, or additional cleaning of furniture fees below apply.

Please note that any damages, excessive cleaning, or pet-related messes caused during your stay may result in an additional pet damage fee of up to $500, which will be charged to cover repair or deep‑cleaning costs.
