”The property was perfect for our family of five (two adults, three teens) to explore the area. The home was convenient to restaurants, grocery stores, and area attractions. The basement temperature was comfortable throughout our stay, despite no a/c and hot days. Great views too! It was very convenient to have the washer and dryer just upstairs in the garage to get our laundry done too. Host was very responsive to questions. Highly recommend!”

”I have been vacationing around Flaming Gorge for my entire life with extended family & it’s one of my favorite recreation areas. We have always camped near Cedar Springs Marina & love the area because of the convenient access to the lake & the river, not to mention the rugged beauty with lots of ponderosa pines. This year, we planned a trip with two other families who are our good friends. They had never been & we wanted to share the area with them. We opted for the comfort of a vacation...

”Some areas could use a good deep cleaning. Outside BBQ and yard were very dusty dry and not equipped for use, especially for kids. We stayed inside while there. Coffee table/end table with lamp would be nice in living area for visiting or book reading. Host is hard to reach and not the most cordial person compared to other places we have stayed. Everything else was nice, comfortable bed in master, we didn’t use the other rooms so I’m not sure how they were. Quiet street. All in all we enjoyed...

”Great place to stay. Sent multiple requests through Vrbo to add a few days to rental with no response. Finally called the host directly and he stated he never received the requests from Vrbo and couldn't accommodate the extra days. Also. never received check-in information until I called host again. Good thing he answers his phone!”
