”I was wondering why we are charged 2x for the tax. Expedia charge me and when i checked in the hotel charged me again for the tax. I asked the front desk and they said that the website should not charged me but i showed them my online purchase that I was charged and still the motel charged me again. I dont know which one should be charging us for the tax? Or they really charged you twice so next time better check the site and the place you are staying in before booking.”

”Basic customer service should be the priority of the hotel, which is lacking, the front desk is not approachable nor even help with the concerns of guests. This property only focusing on what and how much they can profit, glass windows and washrooms are not clean and sanitized properly. Mostly it doesn’t make sense to have a second floor without access on elevator, like how the guests suppose to bring their luggage’s without any inconvenience.”
