”Villa Mary was a lovely place to stay, It was well approximated to the Loire river, chateaux and many restaurants, all within walking distance.Mary was so welcoming and a delight to interact with when we ran into her. We easily found parking right in front of her place.”

”Quaint B and B. Lovely host. Very welcoming. Place full of old art and curiosity, statues and old mirrors. It is a special place. The small garden is very pretty. Only stayed one night. The village is very beautiful. Unfortunately we had no time for the many chateau.”

Caroline prepared a beautiful breakfast every morning with fresh breads and homemade jams and spreads. She was also very helpful in advising us where to visit and we were never disappointed with her suggestion. If you’re visiting Amboise, which is truly beautiful, we advise staying at Le Clos du Chateau which is perfectly located to enjoy this adorable old town,”

”This place is wonderful. The hosts are so kind. They met us at the front of the hotel. We stayed a wonderful room and had a bottle of wine and pate’ in the garden. Prices were so reasonable. I would go there again and again. Tell them we said hello if you go by. So close to so many wonderful things. Make sure you go down by the river. It is so serene. We had a fabulous time.”
