Huonoa: Palvelut/mukavuudet ja majoituspaikan kunto ja tilat
All, and I mean ALL of the amenities were either permanently closed or poorly maintained. The pool was disgusting, the free continental breakfast consisted of cold cereal, and apples. Nothing else. The restaurant that was supposedly part of the hotel was permanently closed. The tiki bar was permanently closed. the suite I supposedly had was only one room. A bedroom, which had a hot tub in it, and that was it. It was not a suite at all.
The pictures and ad for this room were very misleading, and the staff was anything but friendly. They were just there.
For the amount of money I paid for this room. I expected something much nicer, especially the fact that the amenities were literally not operational at any way shape or form and the fact that the room was not a suite it was just a bedroom is the reason why I’m giving this a poor rating.
I am a Hilton’s honor member and I should’ve known better. Next time I’ll stay at a Hilton.
