Eristäytynyt 2 makuuhuoneen, 2 kylpyammeen mökki, jolla on oma pääsy valtameren rannalle ja kätkeytyneenä tammisten keskuuteen Summerplacessa, rauhallisella Orchidsaarella. Lyhyt ja puolentoista kävelymatkan päässä (8 taloa) kotilo tietä yksityiselle deeds ranta pääsy. Lähellä historiallista viidakon polkua, Pelican Islandin kansallista luonnonsuojelualuetta, Vero Beachin ostos- ja ruokailutilaa sekä Disneyn Vero Beach Resortia. Alueella on erinomainen surffaus, melonta ja kalastus ympäri.

Täysin uusittu, 2 makuuhuoneen 2 kylpyhytti, jossa puulattiat kaikkialla ja tylsät sypressiseinät ja katot. Ulko-olohuoneisiin kuuluu 2 katettua kuistia ja iso avoin kansi. Suuri makuuhuone omalla kylpyhuoneella, vaatehuone ja king-size-vuode. Toisessa makuuhuoneessa on queen-size-vuode ja oma kylpyhuone. Lisähenkilöille on kaksi queen-size-vuodesohvaa, jotka sijaitsevat olohuoneessa ja perhehuoneessa. Ruokasalissa on suuri, mukautettu sisäänrakennettu bankettitila, johon mahtuu jopa 10 henkilöä. Uudesta avoimen pohjaratkaisun keittiöstä on näköala perhehuoneeseen, johon kuuluu takan ympäröivä oleskelualue. Olohuoneessa on mukavat istuimet 50 tuuman seinälle asennetun taulutelevision ympärille. Ulkosuihku ja kajakkeja käytettäväksi.

We loved the community that had classic old FLA cottages. It felt like you were nestled in a tropical jungle. The cottage was a delight with plenty of space for a couple or family. We loved sitting on the front porch or grilling in the back. The host was very helpful with any issues and quick to respond. The property is across the road from the beach and an easy walk. Once on the beach, you can walk for miles either direction. Many nature preserves are nearby for those that love to see the birds that congregate here. We especially loved watching the wood storks, skimmers and roseate spoonbills. The area did not feel as crowded as the gulf side which we loved. We found some great restaurants and a wonderful theater too in the area. We hope to return one day.

My husband and I stayed at this beautiful home for a few nights to investigate the treasure coast, and we thoroughly enjoyed this home. It was warm and welcoming, comfortable and had all the amenities needed! The host was quick to respond and resolve an issue we had with the microwave. Will definitely be wanting to stay here again if our travels bring us back. A 10+ home!

This was a wonderful property - very clean and well-appointed with thoughtful touches designed to make your stay as comfortable as possible! It was great being within walking distance to a fairly private beach. The communication with the property manager was timely and clear. The cottage was very spacious and well laid out - it was just me this time but I can see where two couples could share this place easily. There is a split layout so everyone has their own bedroom/bathroom/privacy with plenty of common areas for sitting and hanging out. I really can't say enough about this place. It was fantastic and I hope to visit again!

This rental is beautiful and comfortable inside. The owners made check-in and check-out very easy. The location is fantastic - steps away from the ocean and easy to get to food and entertainment. I plan on renting this location again if I can.

We stayed at The Beach House for a short visit and we hope to be back soon. The house was charmingly 'beachy', had all the comforts of home - clean and comfortable. I'm a person who never sleeps through the night - but I did here. Location was perfect - Loved that it was right across the street from the beach. Hosts communicated almost instantly - Highly Recommend.

Such a cute cottage! The bed and linens were super comfy. Everything was well organized and stocked including unexpected surprises like coffee and ice cream. The decorations were beach themed and well curated. The neighborhood had similar cottages and was well vegetated with palms and plants creating a canopy like affect over the quiet roads. Walk to the beach was less then 5 minutes and worth it! Beautiful beach and the water was wonderful! Crystal blue and warm!

This was the perfect vacation location for us while visiting family in the area. It reminds us of the Florida beach bungalows we watched in movies. It is much larger than we expected, accommodating all 7 of us easily. It is surrounded by tropical landscapes from the house to the short walk to the private beach. The house was clean and stocked for what we would need throughout our stay. The backyard had a nice sandy outdoor area for cooking out and relaxing. The owners responded promptly from the time of our reservation until our checkout. We will definitely use this place again.

My boyfriend and I were pleasantly surprised to find the cottage stocked with nearly everything we could need. There was seasonings, coffee, pots and pans. Board games, books, tv. I could go on with all the amenities but trust me when I say you cannot go wrong with this place. I raved about the shower because the water pressure was just awesome! We had fire in the back yard, grilled out, and the walk to the beach was very doable. The next time we come to the Vero Beach area we will return here!
