Adjacent to this space, an open kitchen of 10 m2 is equipped with a cooking island, 4 induction hot plates, a dishwasher, a toaster, a kettle, a microwave, a freezer, and an electric coffee machine, making it fully functional for preparing meals during your stay.

On the lower ground floor, 1 bedroom is furnished with 2 single beds measuring 90 cm in width and 190 cm in length, and benefits from a shower room with WC, a double hand-basin, and a flat-screen television.
