”Perfect little place in Friendship, In! What a cute little town! We just needed a little place to stay to travel back & forth…this was perfect place to get a little R & R!”

”The Schoolhouse was a unique experience that we enjoyed very much! We were provided with anything that we would have needed for a comfortable stay. Our host communicated promptly whenever we needed. We appreciated the cleaniless of the home. We did not realize how close in proximity we would be with the other rentals on the property, but once inside, we felt like we had privacy. This would be a great stay for a couple or small family.”

”Clean & very well equipped for all of your needs. This fills a huge gap for lodging in this area since there are no decent hotels close by.Fire pit & and new gas grill were a huge plus.Melinda is an excellent host & great communication skills.Would stay at any of her properties with absolutely no hesitation.”

”Beautiful clean property in a beautiful and pacific country area”

”My husband and I were in the area to visit the Creation Museum and the Ark Encounter. We chose this place to stay because it looked peaceful and quiet. We found that both of these were true! We sat on the porch and enjoyed God's creation surrounding us. We saw a bluebird, deer, and rabbits peacefully feeding in the yard. The home has a large open floor plan, which made us feel we could relax, plus the decor honored God and was nicely done. It was very clean and had everything one could need for...

”Easy to walk to many places. Clean. Comfortable bed and couch. Host was communicative and clear with instructions before arrival.”

”Amazing property loved our time here celebrating g America 250”

”This is a beautiful property and lovely house. We really enjoyed the back deck and the chairs by the river. It was nice having an enclosed yard space for our dog. The coffee station was well stocked and loved the flavored Crave pods! The bed was also very comfortable. We saw some eagles diving at possibly a muskrat. The host was quickly responsive when we reached out for a very minor issue. Thank you for a wonderful stay. Shari and Jim”

”Beautiful, spacious 2 bedroom well appointed. All of the kitchen gadgets, coffee, water and the comforts of home.Nice back patio and spacious yard with fire pit.All a traveler could ask for.”

”Great experience. Definitely recommend staying here if you’re visiting Madison. Great location to down town,”

”Everything exceeded our expectations. The home was spotless and incredibly well cared for. The host was fantastic—friendly, responsive, and communicated with us every step of the way. The value for the price was outstanding, and we couldn’t have asked for a better experience. We would absolutely stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone looking for a wonderful place to stay!”

”This home is in the perfect location and is absolutely beautiful! The owners have done a great job of thinking of everything you could possibly need. We didn't cook while we were there so I can't speak for kitchen wares, but it was perfect for our weekend in Madison. It is beautifully decorated too! Owner was super responsive and we are already planning to go back!”

”Well appointed small home. Had everything you need for a short stay. Beds were comfy and the sheets smelled FANTASTIC! Nice coffee bar with all the necessities. The little touches are a big deal. I would recommend this property to anyone looking for quiet cozy accommodation. There is a bar across the street but never heard anything on a busy Saturday night. Would rent again”
