”Hotelli on pimeä ja jokseenkin sokkeloinen. Aamupala ei ansaitse pisteitä. Kuljetuspalvelu parkkipaikalta hotellille on toimiva, mutta autot ovat kolhittuja ja todella likaisia. Eivät anna hyvää vaikutelmaa hotellin tasosta. Kokonaisuudessaan suuri pettymys!”

”Truly, five star hotel!!!! Beautiful design!!! Has all amenities of the spa resort, but in compact setting!!!! Staff was friendly, especially Andre!!!! He was amazing!!!! ”

”We had a beautiful, large room with a canopy bed. All the furniture was elegant and antique in style. We had a huge bathroom with double sinks. The room came with robe and slippers. Our room was on the second floor reached by a spiral stone staircase. They brought our luggage to the room. Dinner is available and we enjoyed our meal in a stone walled room. Breakfast was served there too. It has a lovely courtyard where they served drinks. It was an amazing experience and I highly recommend...

”First of all, my husband & I fell in love with Carcassonne, this hotel, and the staff (Jean, Stephen and Tiffany) who were friendly and helpful. We were excited to be staying inside the castle walls. The room was clean, spacious, quiet, and facing the castle walls. The inside of the hotel had an Old World feeling, warm, and decorated for Christmas. In short, it was lovely! We took a taxi from the train station. The driver said it was forbidden for him to enter the city walls so he dropped us...

”Very nice and clean hotel at great location. Roof terrace has great views. Our room had no views but was quiet and adequte. I would have wished information for water automat and wifi though. We had also breakfast and it had everything we needed; eggs, seeds, nuts, fruits, good quality yoghurt and cheeses... And very friendly service! Easy walk to both parts of the town and nice riverwalk option as well.”
