No room service was available either. In the welcome message they said that hotel guests have a table reservation automatically but that appeared to be a lie. Coffee was supposed to be free but only if enjoyed in our room. So we had to travel more than 10 km to the city to get a dinner. The breakfast was minimal. All in all the place looks nice and is clean but be warned about service shortcomings. We were disappointed."
