I doubt that anything could have been done about it, but it was annoying. There were only 10 channels on the TV - no HBO or movies offered. ”The mattress was comfortable and the room clean. The staff were terrible, difficult to locate at both check in and check out. All entrance doors did not work. Breakfast was barely anything--muffins, coffee, and juice. No fruit, or eggs.”

”The room had such a strong smell.of pinesol it gave us a headache. They came ans replaced towels our first day but didn't bother making the bed and on our second day they didn't even bother replacing towels.”

”Our room was clean, the staff was good. Only one issue occurred. When we requested that our towels and washcloth be replace with clean items... we were promised the clean items but I ended up having to go down to the front desk when we returned in the evening, to get him to provide us with the clean towels and washcloths....which he took care of immediately.”

”Was told id receive deposit back in 7-10 days. It took 25 days and after 10 I called and they hadn't even began refunding it even though I had called twice previously.”
