Superior huone yläkerroksissa muuten hyvä, mutta liikenteen melu kadulta kuului varsin selvästi, sitä riitti lähes läpi yön. Kylpyhuone oli myös aikaa nähnyt, suihkuveden lämpötila vaihteli koko ajan."
