We loved the property! The house had everything we needed except a mixer! We only had an issue with check in as we were never given our details. No info on how to gain access and also we thought it was a one cabin location but when we realized it was 3 we had no idea which one was ours. I had to google the location to get a number to reach out but was then taken care of very quickly! We plan to return!

This was probably the best stay I have had. Everything is more than ready for you. Felt like staying in my own home. If we thought, we forgot something the house already had it. The pond was great to swim, fish and boat on. Everything provided for all of it. Beautiful property in the woods. Seen wild turkey in the morning walking through the back deck area. Can not stress enough how wonderful of a stay, we will be returning to this location for many years to come.

Fantastic Oklahoma Retreat

Property is as described, with everything you might need to enjoy the property. Beautiful spot amidst unaltered nature setting, peaceful, relaxing and enjoyable! Could have escaped here for much longer than our trip allowed. Will visit again!

Amazing place to stay!

This place was even better than we expected! The home was very spacious and clean, and was very well stocked. The pond had multiple kayaks and paddle boats to use….my kids had a blast! & so did the adults. We definitely plan on staying here again in the future!

Great stay

The cabin was spotless and had everything you could ever need. Highly recommended for quiet get away. Very relaxing to watch the critters, listen to birds and get away from it all. The cattle and longhorn next door will come by to say hi.

This house is exceptionally nice and clean located in a wooded area with a pond near by. We enjoyed our time outside on the paddle boats, playing games, and sitting in the swings around the camp fire.

Easter Getaway

This was the perfect peaceful getaway. Kids enjoyed fishing and paddle boats. We all enjoyed hot tub and out door seating to play games and talk. Hosts thought of everything you would need or want on your trip. We forgot stuff to make s’mores at the fire pit and swings- the hosts had everything even the long forks for marshmallows. We are already planning for our next trip there. Definitely recommend!

Great Place for Fishing Trip Layover

This nice little cabin had everything needed for a group of four. Our cabin was modern and in like-new condition, unlike many older or rustic cabins. Our daily drive to Lake Tenkiller, where we caught some nice bass, was only 20 minutes. The owners were pleasant and seemed eager to accommodate any needs, although everything was perfect. We will definitely return for more stays. Thanks!

Ladies Retreat

We had a small ladies group from church stay for 2 days. It rained all weekend so that limited our ability to use the beautiful fire pit or the lake. But the hot tub was fun and the home was well stocked with amenities. Several good place to eat local to Vian and Sallisaw.

Spring Break

This is such a cute and welcoming cabin. The kitchen and bathrooms were well stocked with all the essentials and even some extra goodies. The back porch and hot tub were great for relaxing. Unfortunately, we were in a burn ban during our stay so we didn't get to enjoy the fire pit. We did get to spend time swinging and kicking our feet up in the hammocks. We had a wonderful time. Our only complaint is that the cabin wasn't cleaned well. The toliets and shower were dirty upon our arrival. The kitchen also had crumbs on the counter. We found cleaning supplies under the sink so we were able to tidy up a bit. The beds weren't terrible but you could fill the springs in them. Aside from the minor inconveniences we thoroughly enjoyed our stay at this location.

Beautiful Property

This was our first VRBO experience, and it was a flawless experience. The property is made up of 3 cabins and is beautiful. We stayed in Cabin #1 and had the best time. The property is just like what is pictured. The host provided everything we needed in the cabin. The jacuzzi was lovely, and the games were a bonus. Our 9-year-old son and our puppy Rocky enjoyed exploring the outdoors. This was the perfect, close-to-home getaway for us. We hope to return. Harps Grocery was a few miles away and was fully stocked. We had no contact with our host; however, if we needed them, we knew how to contact them. I appreciated this, and we did not need anything because the space was so perfectly set up. Thank you again to the owners of this property. We made so many memories.
