This charming 27 sqm air-conditioned apartment, located on the 2nd floor without an elevator of the “Viabella 2” residence, is ideal for a comfortable seaside stay. Its large double-glazed bay window allows you to live to the rhythm of the seaside resort and fully enjoy its lively atmosphere. The beach is just 100 meters away, easily accessible on foot. The bedroom overlooks a fenced inner courtyard, offering a quieter and more secure setting for restful nights.
The apartment features a bright living area with a sofa bed (120 × 190 cm), a friendly dining table, and a fully equipped kitchen, designed for an independent stay. The kitchen includes a Dolce Gusto coffee machine, an oven, and a fridge with freezer.
The bathroom is fitted with a shower, a washbasin, a toilet, and a hair dryer, providing everyday convenience.
The bedroom offers a cozy sleeping area with a double bed (140 × 200 cm), ensuring restful nights away from the lively surroundings.
For younger guests, a low-ceiling mezzanine, accessible above the living area, creates a playful little “cabin”, equipped with two single beds (80 × 190 cm)—perfect for children looking for their own space.
Outside, you will enjoy a pleasant terrace overlooking the main shopping street, furnished with outdoor furniture and an electric plancha, ideal for sharing meals while soaking up the lively atmosphere of the resort.

Access to the various beaches of Vias is easy via the cycle paths (2.5km) or directly from the on-site car parks. There are plenty of water-based activities on offer on the various beaches, including diving, sailing, jet skiing or paddle boarding, kitesurfing and wakeboarding, sea kayaking... The accommodation is located close to a host of restaurants, bars and other shops.

The flat is located in a private, secure residence. It is fully gated. The residence is quiet and homely.
## Transit
By train: Vias railway station is 1 km from the historic centre of Vias. For those preferring to arrive from Agde, there is a larger station with TER and TGV services. This station is only 5 kilometres from the centre of Vias.
By plane: You can fly into Vias from Béziers Cap d'Agde airport. This airport is 5 kilometres from Vias town centre.
By bus: Hérault Transport connects Vias to various towns in the Hérault department.
## Notes
During July and August, the accommodation is only available for rental from Sunday to Sunday.
A security deposit of 200 € will be requested upon your arrival.
Guests are invited to bring their own bed linen and towels.
You can book bed linen and towel kits for €10 per person per stay.

Outside July and August, end-of-stay cleaning is optional.
However, if you prefer, we can do it for you for a fee of 60 € TTC.
End-of-stay cleaning is mandatory in July and August.
If the cleaning fee does not appear when booking, it must be paid on-site when collecting the keys.
