The apartment is located in a gated community on the 4th floor, accessible by elevator.

The apartment is very comfortably and personally furnished. It features a spacious living and dining area, as well as a small, separate, open-plan kitchen, which is fully equipped and was completely renovated in 2019.

The living room includes a double sofa bed (2 x 80 x 200 cm), two armchairs, a large TV, and a dining table for four people. There is a separate toilet between the living room and bedroom.

The bedroom has a double bed (2 x 80 x 200 cm), a built-in wardrobe, bedside tables, and a chest of drawers. The bathroom has a shower and sink, and also houses the washing machine. Telephones for incoming calls are available in the living room, hallway, and bedroom, and free Wi-Fi access is provided.

Please bring your own bed linens, towels, etc.
