”Our stay was great! It was on the quieter side of the river, but still within easy access of everything we wanted to do. There was ample space for me and my husband and was the perfect home for our time in Florence. ”

”The apartment was in a perfect location for good transport and for visiting the main attractions; most within walking distance. It was very clean, comfortable and at night, very quiet. ”

”The room was spacious for 5 of us. Nice, well equipped kitchen. Room was very clean and communication was good leading up to our stay and during. We had a miscommunication with check in time, but they were very quick to get to us (5 minutes) so all was well. Neighbourhood was great, close to everything we wanted to see and a couple great restaurants and yummy gelato place. We’d love to stay here again. ”

”This place is in a very good location and was clean. When we arrived, the man checking us in was more eager to get the tax money and a copy of our passport and then bolted out of there. He gave us no instructions whatsoever about anything in the apartment. The washing machine did not work,the microwave wasn’t working and only one burner on the stovewas operable. We also had to beg for more toilet paper as there’s really cheap tp-one roll barely lasted half a day. Really poor quality toilet...

”I like the property because the most points of interest were in a walking distance! The thing that I don’t like it was that the property is located in a really busy and noisy street is hard to sleep!!”

”No human being should have to spend a night here! I booked this place for 3 nights. After dropping off my bags before cleaning time, I returned to the room after midnight. The smell was unbearable, a mix of cigarette smoke, sewage, and mold. I made the mistake of opening the wardrobe to put my clothes away. The odor inside was absolutely disgusting, as if an animal had died there. I seriously considered leaving in the middle of the night. But being on the second floor with no elevator, carrying...

”Beautiful place. Lots of steps to get in the apartment with codes, lock box, parking. Noisy street! Very warm in the place when arrived. Contacted host and they had the remote for the air conditioning. Took hours to drop off the remote to lower the temp. Who keeps the remote from the renters? Very strange!!!”

”Hotelli on rauhallisella sivukadulla ja hiljainen. Ponte Vecchiolle muutaman minuutin kävelymatka joen rantaa pitkin. Uskalsi kulkea hyvin yksin illallakin. Huone ja kylpyhuone olivat siistejä. Sänky, peitot, tyynyt olivat tosi hyvä. Huoneessa ei ollut turhia tekstiilejä pölyä keräämässä. Oli melko askeettinen komeaa sänkyä lukuunottamatta, mutta mukava. Älyteleviso. Sopi hyvin minulle kun sai kulkea omalla avaimella, mutta toimistosta sai apua tarvittaessa. Hnkilökunta oli nuorta, ystävällistä...
