”We liked the hotel. Biggest problem was 3 weeks before our stay when we made the booking, 5 days. Quite soon on next day, we wanted to prolong our stay by one day up to 6 days. However, another family had made a booking started right after our 5 days stay. Then something went wrong because of the ebookers-system that accepted our change telling nothing about the overlap across the two bookings by one day.
