We're a family-run business: my husband Jon and I own two homes here in Teton Valley, we call Foxy and Loxy, and our daughter Heather co-hosts with us. We love welcoming guests and sharing the beauty of this region! This home, "Loxy," is a spacious four-bedroom retreat with three King beds, two twins, three bathrooms, and two living rooms - perfect for families or groups seeking both comfort and space. This home (Loxy) is 1.5 miles north of the town of Victor. Set on acreage, it's the largest home of only four in our secluded small community. You'll love the open space to the west with glorious sunsets any time of year! This country home has two driveways, one on each side of the house. You will enter the door on the far left side of the gray house, (west) as that is the one that has the Schlage coded lock entry into the main large living room. Weather permitting, you'll have access to both of the driveways. If you want to bring an RV for dry camping, there will be an additional $100 a night charge. You must request it before you come. Please don't block the road that enters the quiet driveway with any vehicles. Your area to use is on the northwest side. Have a family picnic in the grassy back yard! In the winter, Teton Pass is well maintained for commuters between Victor and Jackson. Weather and road conditions are out of our control so if you have any concerns, always check conditions first. Get updates at Idaho511 or WYDOT. We keep the road plowed for you and when possible, the walk shoveled (if needed) for your arrival. Airports: Idaho Falls (IDA) or Jackson (JAC) airports are the closest to us in Victor, each approximately one hour away. Both choices are great! The scenery in the Victor area is pristine. Please ask if you have questions! Yellowstone Tip: The National Park has several entrances. We love taking a one-day scenic loop-pack a lunch, leave early, and return for cozy evenings with family and friends. We provide a cooler for your use as well as portable camp chairs. The best wildlife viewing is at dawn or dusk! Scenery: Whether it's the Tetons, Big Hole Mountains, or wide-open farmland, the views here are unforgettable!
