”Had to go buy disinfectant wipes and wipe down the entire room. The sheets were stained to where I didn't want to sleep on them and the entire property was run down. There was no breakfast. When we checked in they said there is only toast and coffee in the morning and come morning there was only a little bit of coffee and nothing else at all.”

”We love the rooms and the layout. A great place to relax. The hallways are like a maze with the lack of enough signage to the elevators, etc. We ended up at one end and had to go to the other end to exit. We’ve stayed there twice. We arrived on a Monday evening and there was limited food items in the restaurant a the lobby check in person is also the bartender. We left the property for more food options. Breakfast is very good and probably one of the best we’ve experienced”

”There was a circulation fan that ran above the bed ALL NIGHT LONG. I visited and called the front desk to have it turned off . . . but they said it could not be turned off. It made for a noisy and sleepless night. ”

She was very supportive, listened to my concerns and helped calmed me down. I truly appreciated it. It turned out to be a better night just having someone to vent to. ”

”The sink was stopped up on arrival. TV stopped working on the second day. Room above had small children who were loud , which sounded like they were jumping on and off the beds. When brought to attention of staff,we were told that until 10pm nothing could be done Also was disappointed there was no laundry facilities”
