”We like this hotel and have stayed there previously. This time a couple of things were a little bothersome. The first night we had one hand towel but there were 2 of all the other types. No problem. Asked and it was taken care of right away. Next day. Same thing. On the second day there was still hair on the bathroom floor from the previous day. ”Staff were to a person friendly, professional and very helpful. It is clear they take pride in their job as and are a strong team that communicates well. Restaurants and the Inner Harbour were in easy walking distance. Breakfasts were excellent and appreciated the daily weather forecast delivered with the menu.”

”Hotel was easy to find, front desk staff were efficient and polite but be prepared to pay $20 a night for parking in tight spots. It is an older building with an odd smell with no soundproof between the walls so I had troubles sleeping the second night as the people next to me had the shower and tv going until 1am. ”The front desk staff were very helpful and friendly. The room was clean and tidy and when our flight was delayed they let us stay late and helped us get a taxi to the airport.
