Hello Sherry, The hotel needs to disagree with your review. The hotel contacted you several ways to assist you to get a refund for what you paid on Expedia. As you booked through Expedia it is Expedia who processed your payment and not the hotel. The hotel tried to assist you about 5 different times. If you can't get through to Expedia on the phone then this is not the fault of the hotel. You were also issued a full refund that you failed to mention. As you decided to walk one KM at night and saw homeless people and felt unsafe you cannot put this as fault of the hotel. We ask that you remove your review. Thank you.

We have regular pest control services at the hotel as other properties would have. Nothing has been found and no evidence of any issues. All the best in future travels.
