It’s “quaint” - old, old-fashioned, in an old neighborhood and housing lots of old people (and next door to a seniors’ housing unit!). Staff are great, parking well-lit (lots of signs/warnings about theft risk), room was spacious (had a full kitchen!), bed comfortable and proximity to lots of shops and the harbor.
On the downside, traffic noise was a nuisance, climbing stairs (no elevator) sucks when you have a bum knee, and the carpets were looking quite B-grade.
