it's a cozy hotel. i'll definitely stay here again for the rest of my future visits to labuan, unless the services deteriorates. it's a 3 minute walk to fratinni's restaurant, opposite the hotel is Olive restaurant, to the left of the hotel are some non-halal eateries, so it's a convenient place to stay. basic groceries such as water bottles can be purchased at the mini groceries store at the area. for those who wants to buy chocolates & alcohol, you can explore the area and find your bargains. just a side note, if you have bought more than 1 litre of alcohol, please expect to pay tax of RM10 at the airport to the customs.
for those fitness junkies, they have a super clean & nice gym, with dumbbell section for weights and 2 treadmill and 1 elliptical for cardio. not to mention there's a huge space in between so yeah you can basically do your hiit training or whatever you wished to do. this one is in Level 3.
the breakfast in this hotel is fairly good too, maybe not dorsett's standard but a little better than those hotels i've stayed in labuan.
