”Unfortunately, this was the only hotel caused me a problem during my roadtrip from Toronto to Houston. They did double charge on my credit card over Expedia charge which is not good at all. I don't need involve their payment and charging issues. It is waste of time. thanks.”

”From checking in to checking out and everythjng in between it was great! The room was very clean, and the breakfast was hot and great! The fitness center has everything you need for a work out after a long day driving. We had our dogs and it is a great place for pets as well. A lot of well lit places to walk. ”

”A little gem— not too far from Ole Miss but there’s nothing to do in the town— but the Inn Is everything you want in a historic home! Adorable- our room was beautifully furnished and the bathroom was too! Staff made us a great breakfast— true southern hospitality. Will definitely stay there again”

”Room was nice. Staff was courteous. Beds were very comfortable Only 2 issues really. Lights for indoor pool were not working. First night staff on hand left the pool open, our kids didnt mind as it was not pitch dark. 2nd night we came back at 620 pm specifically so the kids could have aĺl the time they wanted to spend at the pool but staff member closed it 2.5 hours early due to the lightng. Second issue was staff banging on our door at 715 am for housekeeping. Since we were sleeping i...

”This hotel is always a good choice. It was quiet and peaceful, very spacious and everything was clean. It’s always our go to when we are in Memphis ”

”We had a great stay. The front desk staff were quite friendly, and the check-in procedure was seamless. The king suite in which we stayed was huge and spotless. The suite would be a great place for families who have multiple rooms to gather. There was that much room. Our only issue really was that the indoor pool was too cold to enjoy. I generally don't mind a pool a bit on the cold side, but it was a little too cold for me. We did make use of the jacuzzi for a few minutes instead.”

”Staff were whatever, can’t be rude if you don’t speak I guess. No amenities. Bare bones place. It would be fine but the elevator stunk so bad. Does someone vomit in the shafts everyday. The hallways stink too but in a chemical way ”

”I don't exactly know if I can recommend this hotel. I was here for a work trip, so sleep was pretty paramount. The walls were so thin that I could hear the neighbor's alarm go off at 5am every morning. Additionally, the alarm in my room went off at 6am the first morning, and the staff didn't know how to fix it, so I unplugged the whole thing. So yes not a great hotel if you need rest. But the staff, parking, breakfast were all perfectly fine for the price. ”

”This stay made it where I’ll never go off reviews again when it comes to Memphis!! This hotel was nasty they didn’t have trash bags in the trash cans, whoever cleaned the room swept all the trash under the beds, the walls had cracks in them the furniture was old and a mess, the pool was over filled and the pool furniture WAS NASTY AND HORRIBLE!! This was the worst stay EVER!!”
