”The staff help desk agent was very welcoming and respectful as well. Prior to booking, she had answered all of my questions that I had correctly with great insight. Her name was Mrs. Virginia. The room was very clean and cozy. I really enjoyed how peaceful the stay was. I felt as if I was the only person staying in the hotel. Breakfast was very delicious as well and I love how the dining area and self serve area is set up.”

”This was by far the worst hotel I’ve stayed in. The rooms were dirty, the hallways were dirty, the dining room was dirty and I arrived when it opened. There was only stale bread and milk in the fridge that was spoiled. One front desk staff was polite but would not pass on contact info for the manager. I did email him 3 times with no response. I left after one night but was charged another night for early checkout. Please do not stay there, it is inhabitable.”

”The rooms are not as shown in pictures. The property is nasty. The bathtub had been painted with paint and peeling off .The front desk gave us the wrong room keys to check in. We open the door on someone else. The continental breakfast was nonexistent. What a joke to advertise this. I expect more out of a namebrand chain than what this has to offer. I would not recommend staying here at all.”

”When we got there they couldn’t find our reservation, then still tried to charge us for nights we already paid for.
There were roaches all over the room, baby and big ones, crawling on the walls, on the floors, in the bathroom!
About 7:30 am we left and asked for a refund!
Managers had the nerve to saw the guests bring the roaches in!
It was an infestation”

”My room had mowed all in the bathroom. My room was not clean. There was hair on the bed hair in the shower hair on the toilet hair in the sink. I was moved to another room. It was cleaner, but it still wasn’t clean. Will not stay there again, however on a lighter side, the staff was professional, polite, well dressed and accommodating.”

”The staff was very friendly at check-in and check-out. However, there were several times during my 2-night stay where staff were standing directly next to the entrance door smoking cigarettes - you couldn't enter or exit the building without being covered in second-hand smoke - digusting! I was in town for family weekend at one of the local colleges so I realize demand was high, but the $170/night room charge was significantly more than the property should be charging given the condition -...

”Home was well stocked with everything you could need in the kitchen, towels, bedding, etc. The only thing is that the listing says that it can sleep six people which is possible, but I would recommend no more than five adults or four adults and either two kids on the pullout couch or one adult. There was a pack and play if you had an infant, which could be the sixth person, but definitely would be uncomfortable for two adults to be on the pullout sofa as it’s not a regular pullout sofa with a...

”The room had a really sticky floor. It looked like someone spilled their drink and just left it. Cobwebs in corners. Bathroom was nasty. They mopped our floor the night we checked in because another room like ours wasn't available. We later noticed the bathroom shower was nasty. They had someone clean it the next day. They removed the nasty shower curtain but failed to replace it so we had to request a shower curtain. The tub was still nasty with soap scum. Housekeeping knocked on our door while...
