”Arrived around 4pm, check in was at 2pm. She said our room wasn't ready yet. The entire motel was empty. Had to wait for "our" room was cleaned. Couldn't check in because the owner wasn't there. When we finally got a key, we left for a while. When we came back, there was no running water. They gave us a few 12 ounce bottles. Couldn't shower or flush the toilet. The next day, they moved us.
