This beautiful cabin style house, all built in stone and wood, sits on a hill with stunning river and mountain views to Cavado river and the beautiful Geres National Park. Located close to Vieira do Minho village, the property is perfect for a quiet getaway amidst the glorious local nature.

The house has 4 bedrooms, 3 bathrooms, fully equipped kitchen, dining room and a magnificent living room with huge windows and a large fireplace.

The dining table sits up to 12 people comfortably, and there are 2 other outdoor dining tables in both the front deck and the swimming pool deck.

The kitchen is fully equipped, renovated and very practical. It can easily accommodate a large party at the dinner table.

We provide linen and towels, as well as some basic bathroom and cleaning consumables.

The home is always professionally cleaned for your comfort.

Guests have access to the whole property, except for the secondary house located in the woods, within the property. Kids can also enjoy the cute wooden playhouse within the woods.

I live close by and am happy to help whenever I'm around, but when I'm not, there is a 24/7 on the phone concierge service that can provide you assistance any time of the day.

Calvelos, Porto is a vibrant neighborhood that offers a plethora of attractions and amenities for both locals and tourists alike. Francisco Sá Carneiro Airport is an hour and 55-minute drive from the property.

There is a zero-tolerance policy for smoking on the property. If our team discovers evidence that this rule has been breached (e.g., smoke smell, ashes, butts, etc.), we fully reserve the right to charge a €200 smoking fee at minimum.

Please note that for stays longer than 30 nights, a fair use policy of the utilities will apply with a limit of 80€.

For the first days, we provide the basic amenities: samples of shower gel, shampoo, soap, toilet paper, kitchen roll, sponge, dishwashing products and bin bag.

Extra keys: 20€ (extra pair of keys when available, lost keys or service to open the door during your stay).
Extra cleaning with linen: the price of a cleaning fee.
Extra Clothing: 30€ (Towels and sheets for 2pax, i.e. when the sofa bed is not included).
