  • Perfectly and meticulously located in the Peneda-Gerês National Park, created on 8 May 1971 and with an area of 72,000 ha, Alynes || is a luxurious villa offering breathtaking views of the lake and the mountains. Built in 2020 on a private plot of 3500 m², it includes superb gardens, forests of protected species such as cork oak, olive trees, fig trees.

    The property is located in a thriving and sought-after village close to many tourist destinations, including the highly regarded "Praia da Caniçada"

    During the day, discover nature and natural waterfalls and then return to the tranquil surroundings of Ventosa to relax, and finally end the day by Lake Cavado, in the heart of the Peneda-Gerês National Park.

    This beautiful lake in Portugal offers many possibilities for activities, you can choose to simply rest on the beach, or to take a kayak tour or enjoy the many water/land activities (personal watercraft, towed buoy, water skiing, wakebord, inflatable water park, buggy, quad, bike, jeep safari).

    A number of excellent restaurants, nightlife activities are also nearby.

    The accommodations are configured to accommodate up to 6 people. The main area includes a fully equipped kitchen (oven, microwave, dishwasher, induction hob, wine cellar, fridge, freezer), a spacious dining-living room with a fireplace opening onto large balconies complete the living space.

    The sleeping area offers three comfortable suites with a balcony overlooking the branches of the "Cavado" to offer a breathtaking day/night show.

    Outside, around the heated infinity pool (55 m2) there is a second fully and carefully equipped kitchen (oven, induction hob, dishwasher, American fridge), a large table and chairs, parasols, outdoor shower, charcoal barbecue equips the area.

    The magical ambience is complemented by several perfectly integrated hammocks providing a magical and unique setting.

    Alynes || The São Paulo São Paulo Sánchez (Sánchez) is beautifully designed, take advantage of taking a few steps on our illuminated and marked areas to enjoy the relaxation areas.

    Complete the fittings is a large car cover fully privatized inside the property, laundry room (washing machine, drying rack).

    The fully air-conditioned and heated property allows you to enjoy a stay in unique conditions.

    Alynes || is located 30 minutes from Braga, Portugal's third largest city. Porto-Francisco Sá-Carneiro Airport is a 1-hour drive away.

Stunning property that satisfied all our needs and more! Our family of 5 was visiting Porto and decided to do an impromptu weekend away from the city. We booked this gorgeous house knowing nothing about the area with the idea of using it as a home base to explore the park. We ended up loving the pool and setting so much we ended up spending most of our time relaxing at the house! The owners were very responsive whenever we had questions. The pictures do not do the house justice - it is beautifully situated with views that are breathtaking. Our kids spent hours everyday swimming in the pool. The set up was perfect for our family with plenty of space for all 5 of us. Would definitely recommend this rental to family and friends.

We properly is stunning, it was a little hard to find but the search was worth it. Great views nice market and cafe just across the bridge. The area is gorgeous and well worth the trip. I would recommend to anyone looking for a getaway.

Nous avons passé un excellent séjour dans cette maison contemporaine au design affirmée La vue sur le Rio Caldo est exceptionnelle de toutes les pièces de la maison et l’espace piscine est tout aussi agréable . Idéale pour 3 couples avec ces 3 chambres en suite

Beautiful VRBO

We stayed here the week before my wedding and the house was beautiful! It was spacious, clean and the view was breathtaking. I was WhatsApp’d our info day of with the codes to get in and was able to contact the property manager when we needed assistance with wifi. We truly enjoyed our stay! Our initial drive to the house was a little confusing but we figured it out. We can’t wait to come back again.

Wonderful villa with beautiful views

The house is just as lovely as it looks in the pictures. The pool is a generous size, and there’s a garden kitchen (not pictured) making bbq evenings even better. The bedrooms and beds are very comfortable. There were a couple of small maintenance issues with kitchen fittings which weren’t a big deal but they were already aware of. I am a very keen cook, and would have liked a slightly better equipped kitchen given how otherwise impressive the house is.

A Diamond of Portugal, a beautifull modern arquitectural house with the best view in Gerês

The best place for vacations in Portugal, we stay with our kids and the whole family loved this vacations. A wonderfull heated infinite swiming pool, with views for the mountain and the river is one of the best views in Portugal. The house is brand new built with moderrn arquitetural and very well decorated. All the house is overlooking the river and completly insered in the natural park of Gerês. The house also grants extreme privacy. We will retourn for sure in a couple of months for a 2° stay. The last word for the owners Raphael and Tânia that are realy nice and friendy people and always available for any help need. One of our best vacations ever.

Dissapointed.

My family and I were really looking forward to staying at this house. We did not recieve and informatrion from the owner about our arrival. I had to send her a message, She than directed me to contact her property manager through WhatsApp. The manager said it was no problem for us to come a little early and gave me entry codes. We had a hard time finding the house, the road to the house is a one way, however that was never communicated to us. When we finally found it a van pulled up and 2 women got out, they were the cleaning people. They knew about the property and had to hop the gate to gain entry. The said there had been a power outage. We finally got into the house and there was no heat on, no hot water, refridgerater and freezer were warm, and pool was cold and full of leaves. The women got everything but the pool up and running. It took the whole day for the house to warm up. There was a lack of supplies, only 1 extra garbage bag, no extra blankets or pillows, and many of the hand soap dispensers did not work. The home was clean and had a great view but there lack of communication. I also had to contact the property manager about what to do when leaving. All she told me to do was try to manually shut the gate which would not close. She did not even tell me to lock the place up.

Amazing Stay!

We had a wonderful week at this property. It is centrally located for exploring cities and towns within the region, as well as Penada Geres, and an easy drive distance to many quaint and charming shops and restaurants. The property is beautiful and exactly as pictured - very spacious and well-equipped, with our favorite part being the wonderful pool and second kitchen beside it. The views both day and night are spectacular. For us it was a little difficult to find when we first arrived; be sure to use a pin coordinate for directions and not the street address on GPS. But once we got there, it was well worth it! The owner and property manager were great and helpful with all communications. Highly recommend!
