The will be clean only before and after your stay. If you wish to have extra cleaning, you can book it in our extra services for an additional price.

We offer monthly discount for longer period of stay. Please kindly let us know if you are interested in staying longer with us !

A security deposit will be held and authorized on your credit card during the reservation process. This amount is only authorized and blocked on your credit card and will be released within 7 days after check out if no damages are incurred during the stay.
INFORMATION ON FIRE DETECTORS


Dear guests,

There are multiple fire detectors in the apartment. Please follow these rules:

1) Do not smoke in the apartment. This will trigger the fire detector.

2) Always keep the bathroom door closed when you are showering. The steam can trigger the fire detector.

3) Always activate the kitchen hood above the stove (pull it out) when you are cooking. Carefully watch the smoke development - excessive smoke will trigger the fire detector.

4) Do not touch the fire detector in any circumstances. This will trigger the fire alarm.

In case the fire alarm is set off, this automatically requests the fire department. Without a legitimate cause, this will result in a fine of up to €5.000.
