This 25 m² private room is in a traditional apartment building with elevator access. It is for up to 3 guests and has a king-size bed (180×200 cm) and a sofa bed, making it suitable for couples or friends traveling together.

The room has two street-facing windows, a Smart TV, a wardrobe for storage, and a dining table with six chairs for meals or work.

The king bed sleeps 2 adults, while the sofa bed (not ideal for taller or bigger guests) can fit 1 more person, for a total of 3 guests.

Guests can use the shared kitchen, which has an oven, stove, fridge, microwave, kettle, toaster, and cooking items like pots, pans, dishes, and cutlery.

A shared washing machine is available in the apartment for laundry.

The shared bathroom has a shower, bathtub, and toilet in the same room. Soap, shampoo, and shower gel are provided.
