This property was perfect for our family group of 8. Each couple had an en suite bedroom and there was a powder room in the hall. The kitchen is outfitted with a full size refrigerator, dishwasher, and a washer and dryer. There is also an induction cooktop and microwave. My daughter was able to make stew for all of us with no problem. There is a large gathering area with a table that seats eight comfortably. There is a wet bar counter with a coffee pot, tea kettle, and a mini fridge. We pulled a couple of the side chairs from the bedrooms to make an additional seating group that was separate from the dining table. The location is absolutely perfect for exploring the opera, palaces, and other significant places in the first district. It is so close to everything! There are many classic cafes to enjoy traditional food. There is top rate shopping a block away. If you plan to venture outside of the first district, the subway is about a two minute walk. I would highly recommend the Imperial Residence especially if you have a large group. We did have some issues with the shower drains flooding the bathrooms that were addressed swiftly by Alice and her team. There is daily housekeeping that refreshes the towels, paper goods and supplies the coffee. Alice was great and helped us secure 4 taxis to the airport on Christmas Day which was so helpful. We had an amazing time in Vienna!

We were only able to stay for 2 nights but it was lovely. Perfect location with easy walking distance to all the sites such as opera house and St Stephens Cathedral. The residence sits on a beautiful plaza has 4 large bedrooms. The only down side is the only social room it has is the dining room. They are some couches but they are in the bedrooms. Overall a real treat.

Beautiful apartment in an excellent location. Alice was extremely responsive to coordinate arrival and during our stay. Property is four very nice and large bedrooms connected with a very elegant dining room and kitchen. Wish we could have stayed longer!

The location of the property, size of the rooms, bathrooms with each room plus the historical ambience all lend to excellent accommodations. The staff is excellent - both Vijit and Alice worked to make the visit preparations and the stay an excellent experience. This is the type of property and people you want each and every time you travel. We had a great stay.

Absolutely loved this property. Stephan kept in contact with me and met us at our taxi cabs to help us locate the property, get into the property and showed us around the property. He even booked our tickets by train to Bratislava and gave me step-by-step instructions to the subway and train.

If Imperium is available during your Vienna stay then you should look no further. The Imperium is beyond compare in every aspect. The location is incredible, each room is comfortable and spacious, the entire flat is immaculate, the guest services superior and it is a living piece of history. It needs to be mentioned that the staff is nothing short of outstanding. The communication leading up to and during our trip was fantastic. Every email I sent was answered comprehensively and with great care, and every question I asked regarding dining options and sightseeing experiences was answered with a multitude of suggestions. I think the greatest testament to how much my family enjoyed the Imperium can be summarized by the following: the dates I choose for my next visit to Vienna will be based on the available dates of the Imperium. On a side note, the Ferrari Gelato is nearby, maybe a 5 minute walk. Go and order the honigmelone gelato. I have been eating gelato since the early 90s and this is the first time I have come across honeydew gelato, truly a great experience.

We recently stayed at Imperium Residence with a group of friends (8 total) and were delighted with all aspects of our accommodations: the location is central for exploring Vienna on foot (or the hop on/hop off bus stops are about 2 blocks away), shopping, dining, or spending time people-watching in a cafe. Jelena and Alain were so helpful - greeting us and helping us get acquainted with the apartment and surroundings. The beds were comfortable, the bedrooms were soundproof (couldn't hear our early-rising roommates making coffee or chatting in the dining room), everything was clean and it was great to be able to do some laundry after a week or more of traveling. The apartment and kitchen was very well-stocked, including laundry detergent. For a group of friends travelling, it is very rare to find accommodations that afford four private en-suite rooms with the large common room, kitchen, and balcony. We have all travelled extensively and would highly recommend the Imperium Residence.

We have rented flats all over the world- this by far exceeded every expectation. Beautiful, comfortable and truly a great Vienna ambience and location. But the best part of our stay was the outstanding service from our host and staff. They went out of their way to make sure everything was perfect for us. 4 beautiful large bedrooms, full kitchen, great helpful concierge who even had provided a fridge full of drinks, wine, fruit, yogurt, automated expresso machine, teas etc. She also gave us lots of info on what to see and where to eat. There is maid service daily included as well and a very large grocery store very close. Location is an easy walk to main shopping and eating streets and most major attraction. Also the metro is very close if you want to go further to Shonbrunn or Prater and there is a taxi stop at Albertina that always had vans waiting for large groups so location I think really can not be beat! The only drawback was the plaza right in front of the house is under a major construction project and they started making a fair bit of noise around 7am on weekday mornings. This was not a big issue for us but if you like to sleep in you may want to make sure the construction has been finished before your trip or take your earplugs. Obviously that is out of the owners control and temporary so still a 5 star property for sure and will have a brand new plaza soon! We cant wait to come back and would absolutely stay here again!

The apartment was absolutely luxurious! Very comfortable with everything we required and more. There was considerable construction in the square outside the apartment so an effort was made to meet us on the nearby street to help guide us to the apartment which we greatly appreciated. We were very comfortable and were so close to many of the attractions as well as public transit. The opera, Albertina, Hofburg Palace, St. Stephens, and so much more are all within an easy walk. I would highly recommend this Imperium Residence for a stay in Vienna!

Every detail was taken care of by Vijit and his team. The apartment itself is exquisite. Each or the four rooms are wonderful and different—each with a full bath. There is a restaurant downstairs that will bring you fantastic meals, so it’s like having room service as well. My family and I stayed for 5 nights including New Year’s Eve. A fantastic spot for the revelry of that night. The location is perfect for the town center activities. It is also super close to many attractions as well. We walked to everything. I couldn’t be more pleased with the property, the management and the overall experience.

Upon arrival, they greeted us, showed us how everything in the apartment functioned, made sure we had easy access to them with any questions (we had a few) or problems (we didn't have any), and even stocked the refrigerator with a few items for us, and had snacks out at arrival. We were provided with a crib. They made dinner reservations for us when we made that request. They happily arranged transportation to the airport as well, and even asked us if we would like them to come help us with the luggage down to the car. The residence itself is beautiful, and in a lovely, historical building with a nice view of the Neuer Markt square! Great attention to details in every gorgeous room, with the latest in technology. Every bedroom is beautifully appointed. Any amenity you could think of has been provided. The kitchen has any items you would need to make a meal, should you choose to do so. As a family of 6 adults and a baby, and wanting the ability to spend time together in the evening when baby was asleep, this was the perfect solution for us. We can't wait to come back here!

We were totally overwhelmed by this rental for its size and decor, proximity to major sites and shops and extremely helpful staff. They helped with our baggage upon arrival and departure and kept in touch with us via text on a daily basis, making sure we were taken care of. I would highly recommend this rental for travelers if they have a family as there are four well-appointed bedrooms with private baths.This made our first visit a quite memorable experience. What an amazing place to stay - beautifully decorated in period style but with all the modern appliances (Apple TV, washer dryer, steam iron etc). Our last stay in Vienna was at the Palais Coburg and this was just as good - if not better given central location and having 4 rooms for our family to join us.

Everyone was extremely helpful from before check in through check out. We were busy with a tour one day and needed to pick up some concert tickets. Darius was very accommodating and picked them up for us. The breakfast he and Azar prepared was enough to feed an army and very delicious. We would recommend this hands down. Thank you Vijit and staff.

This is an exceptional place to stay and it made our visit to Vienna all the more memorable. Great location, clean, spacious, well maintained, professional management - there is nothing negative to say and anyone will have an amazing time.
