This apartment is bookable for a short or long-term stay.

Close to `Schwedenplatz`, `Urania` and the famous `Ring` and only 900m away from `Stephansplatz` - the heart of Vienna.

This apartment is located on the ground floor - direction to the private backyard /terrace.

It is divided into:
- kitchen
- bathroom
- toilet
- living room with a Sofa Bed - 1,8x1.9m and a kitchenette
- master bedroom - Box Spring bed 1,8x2,0m
- private terrace in the backyard

The apartment is fully equipped - you will find everything you need for your perfect stay!

We provide you with towels and bed linen - a set of shampoo, shower gel, body lotion, soap and a starter set of Nespresso coffee tabs.

In the kitchen you will find - e.g. a water boiler / toaster / dish-washer and a Nespresso machine

For your entertainment, we have cable TV and HI Speed Internet. There is one TV in the living room and one in the bedroom.

Hairdryer, Flatiron and a washing machine are also provided.

A high chair and a baby travel bed are also available if you are travelling with kids.

You will find tourist-info brochures and the newest Falstaff guides for restaurants and bars.

We are happy to assist our guests 24/7 through the airbnb app or via E-Mail.

The apartment is located in the first district - city center.

Schwedenplatz is only 400m away - lot of restaurants and shops - also the underground U4/U1. From Schwedenplatz you can enter the city center of vienna if you walk thru the Rotenturmstraße.

The beginning of the famous ring is just few meters away from the apartment.

Subway/Metro:
The next metro station is Schwedenplatz (U4/U1), you will reach it in less than 5 minute walking distance.(400m)

The U1 will take you within 1 station to Stephansplatz - where the famous Stephansdome is located and the lovely Kärntnerstrasse.

The U4 will lead you in just three station to Karlsplatz where you find the State Opera House, Albertina, Karlskirche, Kunsthalle, Stadtbahnpavillon, Künstlerhaus, Theater an der Wien, Secession and the famous Hotel Sacher!

Following public transport station are also at Karlsplatz: 1,2,D,J,U1, U2

If you arrive at the airport you can easily catch a taxi in front of the arriving hall (the price should be max. € 25-30) or take the CAT (City Airport Train - single € 11; return € 19 - kids to the age of 14 ride for free) to `Wien Mitte` - there you take the U4 - direction `Heiligenstadt` and hop off after just one station `Schwedenplatz`.

To get to `Schönbrunn` you also take the U4 - direction `Hütteldorf` - approx. 15 min. from the apartment.

The famous Naschmarkt is also easy to reach with the U4 - direction Hütteldorf - jump off the station Kettenbrückengasse.

Parking:
The whole 1th district of Vienna is an short parking zone from Monday to Friday from 09:00 AM to 10:00 PM.
- Please note that every street in Vienna has zones which are exclusively for residents.
- You should use a parking ticket from the first minute of parking onward, also just for unloading your car.

Parking tickets are available in Tobacco shop, Gas stations or you use mobile parking (IOS + Android App: HANDYparken)

Price for 60 minutes: € 2,10.-

A cheaper alternative is Vienna`s Park & Ride Garages for about 3 Euros per day. All Park & Ride facilities are directly connected to a subway line, making it easy and convenient to reach the city center.
