Welcome to this stylish 15m² room located within a spacious and thoughtfully designed 200m² villa. Situated on the first floor, the room is suitable for up to two people and features a comfortable queen-size bed (160x200 cm), a table with chairs for dining or working, and a wardrobe for additional storage.

Guests have access to a fully equipped shared kitchen, complete with an oven, stove, microwave, cutlery, pans, and all essential utensils, making it easy to prepare home-cooked meals.

The villa includes four half bathrooms and two separate toilets. One bathroom has a bathtub with a shower, while another features a walk-in shower. This setup ensures comfort and privacy for all guests. One toilet and one bathroom are located on the first floor, with the second set on the upper floor.

Please note that a washing machine is not currently available, and the TV in the room is decorative and not functional.

After a day of exploring, you can relax in the private garden or on the balcony and enjoy the calm and quiet atmosphere.
