Ruby Lissi is nestled in Vienna’s historic first district, placing you right in the heart of the city’s vibrant history, bustling business locales, and exciting nightlife—all just a stone’s throw away.However, we're genuinely sorry to learn that the rest of your stay didn’t meet your expectations. While our city centre location offers lots of advantages, it does mean we have less space to play with. That's why we design our rooms in a unique way to make the best use of the area available – by integrating the bathroom into the main room, for instance. We understand that our approach, including the frosted-glass toilet and all-glass shower, might not be to everyone’s taste, but it's part of our effort to keep the rooms feeling open and airy. We aim for transparency with our room layouts and ensure plenty of photos are available on our own and our partners’ websites. We're also sorry to hear about your air conditioning issue—that certainly shouldn't have been your experience. If you ever encounter anything less than perfect or have any questions during your stay, our hosts are on hand 24/7 and more than happy to assist. It's a pity the bed did not provide the comfort you expected, as many guests find our beds a highlight of their stay.Next time, if there's anything we can do to make your room more comfortable, just ask one of our hosts.
