The property is a home divided into two living spaces. The apartment included in this listing is Apartment 1 complete with three bedrooms.

Check-Out: Check-out is at or before 11:00 a.m. Please make sure to turn off the lights, air conditioning, and any electronic devices when you leave the property. Also, close the windows and lock the doors, and return the keys. Guests will be charged for any lost or unreturned keys.

No Additional Guests/Parties: Guests agree that the property will not be occupied by more people than the number stated in the reservation. If this rule is broken, the guest will be required to vacate the property immediately with no right to a refund.

Pets: Pets are not allowed on the property.

No Smoking: Smoking is not allowed inside the property. Leaving a smell of cigarette and/or cannabis smoke inside will incur a $50 penalty fee.

Bedding/Towels: Bed sheets and bath towels are included in the accommodation. Bath towels should not be taken outside the property. Please do not eat in bed and do not sit on the bed or furniture with wet clothing.

Bathroom: Do not flush paper towels, tampons, or sanitary pads down the toilet. Please use the trash bin instead. An additional fee will apply for emergency unclogging of the toilet.

Damages: The guest will be responsible for the cost of any damages to the property.

Parking: Please park in the designated parking space.

Power Outages: In the event of power outages beyond our control during your stay, no refunds will be issued. The same applies if the Wi-Fi service is interrupted due to causes beyond our control.
