”A somehow modest but working apartment in a residential building. Rather near old town and three groceries locating nearby. Check-in with one recipient and several occupants staying in two stairwells was somehow slow, but friendly. Early check-out time (10:00 a.m)”

”Overall this is a really nice apartment and the staff were prompt to respond and also help with some minor issues we had during the stay. The only real complaints were that we lacked pillows (only two very small pillows, fortunately we had packed our own) and that the apartment had no A/C. I understand that lack of AC is quite common in Europe and likely it wouldn't be an issue 95% of the time, but we were there during a bit of a minor heatwave and the last two days were particularly warm and...

”Location is fantastic! This is right in Lucerne old town. Everything is walkable from here. Since it’s right in the city, night time walks with gelato is easy. Property is fair, not fancy or upgraded recently but fair enough. Shower area is tiny so anyone about 5,11” and above can’t shower here. Overall a good stay. ”
