The house is located on Avenida de Camelias, already reaching the center. As its name indicates, along the street you can enjoy numerous trees filled with Camellias. The last stretch of this street, where the house is located, begins to show its own character within Vigo, with alternative establishments such as the Woodtown skater shop, or a beautiful macramé artisan shop.

The property has enough space for large groups to gather comfortably but at the same time enough space for everyone to have a little privacy.

The house has 3 floors, 5 bedrooms (with a total of 15 beds), 3 bathrooms and 1 toilet. On the ground floor there is a very large dining room, living room and kitchen, where the beautiful wooden counter stands out, ideal for large groups.

The kitchen has all the necessary utensils, and the living room has a large sofa and a smart TV.

The outdoor area has a modern gas barbecue, tables and benches. It also has two large terraces.

The house, which is practically already located in the center, is a 5-minute walk from Puerta del Sol. Multiple bus lines pass along this street. Although the house does not have parking, you can park on the street or in a parking lot a 5-minute walk away.
