”Lovely hotel with great personal service. After our 2 night hotelstay at Moulin du Roc we stayed at a 5 star hotel in Biarritz, but we would definitely have rated Moulin du Roc 5 star instead as it was even better! The surroundings were alright and there is a small town close to Moulin du Roc but we mostly enjoyed just being at the hotel! Nice poolarea too just as in the pictures. ”

My wife and I were looking for a base to stay for 11 days in the Perigord / North Dordogne to allow us to explore the area and found this fantastic "petit chateau" on the outskirts of Thiviers. ”Pasamos una noche en ruta hacia España pero volveremos. El B&B está impecable. Con piscina y libertad de horarios para bañarnos y cenar. Tienen un área para hacer barbacoas y fogatas en el jardín y poder ver las estrellas y la atención fue maravillosa. Además, la zona, el Périgord Vert, es una auténtica joya. El desayuno, francés, muy bueno. ”

”We loved this hotel. Amazing setting on the river with picturesque views in two directions from our corner room. Utterly charming in every way. The self serve Italian coffee machine in the salon is fantastic. Walk to everything in the delightful village with many riverside park areas. We took short drive to Brantome for an excellent dinner.
