”Parking 2-levels outside- steps were icy & snow-covered (snow had ended prior to my arrival) front desk employee was sitting in lounge area playing on phone. I feel they could have been clearing steps and/or applying salt. Instead the night employee did this well after 11pm which kept us awake as it was outside our window. Snow removal plow also dropped his blade well after what would be considered ‘quiet time’.”

”The staff was so kind and so friendly. I didn't appreciate the sales pitch upon check in. The housekeeping left a bit to be desired - we tried to be understanding with the blizzard that came in on Sunday but there were full garbage bins when we checked in on Saturday in the ice room and outside the entrance and they were still full (overflowing when we left Monday.) The pool towels never got replenished. The pool and hot tub were fine - again, not sure how clean they were and we were...

”Never again AVID. The room was extremely small…no closet, not a single drawer, no place to put luggage. Had 3 hangers for clothing and hooks on the wall to hang them. The breakfast had few options. But worst of all we had to track down a luggage cart. Found 3 on the second floor. The desk clerk seemed uninterested in providing us a cart. ”
